even just the “Site”).
The following information is provided only for the vespatime.com website and not for other websites
possibly consulted by the User via links. Ascanio Tugnoli s.r.l. will collect and treat the
types of data listed below in accordance with the provisions of the Code and the
Regulation.

• to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data
concern without unjustified delay and the data controller has the obligation to
delete personal data without unjustified delay, if one of the reasons exists
following: a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are

in accordance with point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2).
