QUALITY FROM EUROPE
Precisely manufactured by a specialized factory in Europe. The high quality base material 14NiCrMo13 was originally developed for the aerospace sector. Hardened at Thyssenkrupp, it has a surface hardness of 58-60HRC.

APPLICATION
The BGM PRO drive shaft meets the requirements of heavily tuned engines. It is designed as a heavy duty replacement for the original Piaggio main shaft. The dimensions correspond 1:1 to the original. Thus, all transmission components, including those of other manufacturers, are compatible. It can be used equally in stock engines as well as heavily rebuilt engines with high wheel torque.

FIT
Fits in all smallframe engines with manual transmission. The only exceptions are the first production engines in the V5A1T models (small side flap, built 1963-1966).
The main shaft corresponds to the last state of construction of the PK models. Therefore it has a wheel nut with M16 thread. For V50, PV and ET3 vehicles (M14 nut) therefore please use a nut and washer of the PK models.
