Conversion kit for engines: Vespa 200 Rally/P200E/PX200 E/Lusso/'98/MY/Cosa 200

7-port aluminum cylinder, shell molding technology, barrel with nickel-silicon treatment

Bore 72mm, Stroke 60mm, Conrod 126mm (quattrini shafts) and 127mm (Sip shafts)

Total displacement 244 cc, Main transfer phases: ~ 120° Discharge: ~ 178°

Recessed head with Oring silicone gasket and 8 fixing points to the cylinder

Steel exhaust manifold with Oring silicone gasket fixed to the cylinder with a specific bracket and 4 screws

The cylinder has a liner of about 8mm which allows the correct guide to the piston even if mounted in 62 and 64mm stroke

The liner is of a larger outside diameter than the stock cylinders and requires the crankcase mouth to be bored to 76mm by 8mm deep.

To carry out this process manually, a steel base/guide is supplied to be screwed to the casings

It will be enough to carry out the work with a cylindrical cutter of suitable dimensions and to respect the indications in the instructions.

High quality meteor piston with molybdenum disulphide anti-friction treatment, chromed steel rings

Paper gaskets supplied with the cylinder kit: 0.2-0.3-0.4-0.5 mm

Aluminum shims supplied in the kit between head and cylinder of: 0.3-0.5-1 mm

Aluminum cylinder base thicknesses supplied in the kit from: 0.5 - 1 mm

The cylinder has excellent performance. The power delivery band is broad with high torque. At low revs it performs very well even if associated with a handmade cone expansion.
