Description

Cylinder:

Constructed with special self-lubricating, highly wear-resistant, and refined cast iron alloys obtained through gravity casting with the Shell Moulding process. Precision machining is performed on high-precision CNC machines. The heat exchange surfaces have been recalculated and enhanced, while exhaust passages and transfers are designed and optimized for maximum thermodynamic efficiency. Dimensional checks, following Malossi standards, ensure shape and roughness accuracy. The piston-cylinder coupling is 100%, with selections of 0.010-0.005 mm. Additionally, hydraulic seal checks are carried out at 100%.

Piston:

Made from a special high-silicon content aluminum alloy with low thermal expansion. Machining is done on CNC machines, with material lightening and reinforcement. Heat exchange surfaces are increased for improved performance.

Segments:

Segments are made of high mechanical strength spheroidal cast iron.

Head:

The head is made of a special die-cast aluminum alloy. The geometry of heat exchange surfaces has been recalculated and enhanced, and machining is performed on super-precise CNC machines with diamond tools. It undergoes an antioxidative surface treatment, and compression sealing is ensured by a Viton gasket. The combustion chamber is hemispherical, with squish and a centrally positioned spark plug.
