Cylinder polini evolution diameter 57 for vespa 125 primavera/et3 pk 125

Polini has created an Evolution kit with rotary valve intake for
Vespa 125 Primavera ET3.
It has very high power characteristics in all conditions of use and in
any kind of competition.
The "Evolution" kit with rotary valve intake is mounted on all types of
Vespa 125 with crankshaft of the same size as the original. It's available
also a Poli ni crankshaft code 210.0033 with connecting rod machined from solid,
anticipated and balanced to be mounted keeping the original stroke from
51mm.
In addition to the original manifold, it is possible to mount the Polini manifolds with 2 or 3 holes in
according to your carter.
A collector has also been specially developed to be combined with
Polini PWK carburettors available in sizes 24/26/28.
For maximum performance, mounting with the
new latest generation Polini Evolution 2 muffler, code 200.0291. The
assembly is also possible with the most famous vintage Polini mufflers,
code 200.2025 / S or 200.2025 in the approved version.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The cylinder is cast in aluminum, with a bore diameter of 57mm.
The barrel with Nikel-Silicon coating improves the sliding of the piston
resistance to wear and abrasion.
Very "racing" distribution diagram. Six transfer lights.
The piston, cast by gravity in light alloy, has two segments in
S10 chromed cast iron. The piston, after processing, is covered with one
special layer with molybdenum disulphide which improves its flow in phase
break-in.
The head is cast in one piece and to increase heat dissipation
additional flaps were also created under the plane of the head. The
compression ratio has been marked to get the most out of
performance.
