VMC 10 ERGAL springs clutch for Vespa Large Frame - Cap-style for Piaggio Vespa 'COSA' model

Hard anodized "Ergal" basket specific for VMC dedicated clutch discs or for "CR80" model discs.

Steel cap inner bushing with complete hardening treatment of the bushing and shaving.

Specific cap-style for SIP Performance shafts.

With this bushing, all problems with traditional keys on Vespa Large Frame shafts are solved.

4 aluminum conductors with carbon/kevlar friction material specially made and gear teeth like "CR80" discs.

4 steel driven discs laser cut for the most precise sprocket/disc coupling possible.

Harmonic steel clutch pack retaining ring laser cut with seeger clamp holes.

2 sets of 10 springs with different loads:

with the set of 10 soft springs, the clutch withstands powers of about 20hp.

with the set of 10 hard springs, the clutch withstands powers of about 35hp.

with the set of 10 extra hard springs, the clutch withstands powers of about 45hp.

Note: the clutch only fits with Piaggio 8-spring type 'COSA' sprockets and clutch discs.
