The new cruise dedicated to the classic "small frame" Vespas is a small masterpiece of mechanics that contains the maximum technology to guarantee a piece with very high mechanical characteristics, capable of withstanding stresses far greater than those to which the original component is often subjected without problems and capable of maintaining these characteristics unchanged over time.

The use of extremely pure steel allows, through an appropriate thermochemical treatment, to obtain a very high surface hardness combined with a very high mechanical resistance. These two characteristics make the cruise extremely resistant both to contact wear and to the mechanical stresses to which, especially in the case of very high-performance engines, it is subjected.

The design through the most sophisticated CAD CAM systems has allowed us to review and optimize the profiles of the engagement cams in order to obtain greater fluidity, precision and safety in the use of the gear lever.

The stability and dimensional precision of the piece are guaranteed within otherwise unattainable limits thanks to the use of a double-spindle CNC work centre and a strict quality control to which each individual piece is subjected in order to guarantee the quality and performance expected from a Malossi piece.
