Malossi 102cc Cylinder Kit Ø55mm Stroke 43mm for Vespa 50, PK, XL
Malossi 31.8691 is a competition cylinder kit made of high-quality nodular cast iron, designed for Vespa 50, PK, S, XL, and XL2. With a bore of 55 mm and a stroke of 43 mm, it offers a displacement of 102 cc, ideal for high-performance sports use.
Technical features
- Cylinder material: High-quality nodular cast iron, self-lubricating and wear-resistant, produced by gravity casting with Shell Moulding process.
- Finish: CNC machined surfaces optimized for heat exchange.
- Number of ports: 6 (2 side ports and 1 divided boost port), designed to maximize thermodynamic efficiency.
- Piston-cylinder fit: Strict selection with tolerances of 0.010–0.005 mm to ensure sealing and performance.
- Cylinder head: Made of special die-cast aluminum alloy, with recalculated geometry to improve heat exchange and equipped with Viton gasket for optimal sealing.
- Piston: Made of aluminum alloy with high silicon content, lightened and reinforced, with spheroidal cast iron rings of high mechanical strength.
- Compatibility: Vespa 50, PK50, S, XL, XL2.
Note: This kit is intended for sport use and closed circuits only. Not street legal.
