Die-casting molding technology, steel slide inserts, crankcase closure by means of studs, new gearbox axle bearings, crankshaft increased + 7mm in width compared to the original, reed valve intake to the crankcase with specific manifold for PHBG21 carburetors , predisposition for 4-speed gearbox, high speed main bearings, operation with 2% mixture.
All this without changing the aesthetics of the engine, the external walls have NOT been sandblasted to maintain the color and raw style of the historic engines, the logos have been positioned in hidden areas and with characters of the time to have a product more similar to the 'original.
The new Wide Frame Pinasco 4 studs engine casing can be used independently on Vespa GS150 and VN and VL models, it allows the assembly of all thermal units for Vespa PX existing on the market, the adapter base is dedicated to the Pinasco Magny Cours thermal unit.
Mount VL3T or higher components.
