Dear Vespa enthusiasts, if you'd like to order our Vespa spare parts, please put the items you require in the trolley.
At the end of this procedure click on the yellow button "your shopping
basket", fill your exact data in the screen page displayed, and send
your order.
We will contact you by e-mail within 24/48h, providing you
availability, terms of delivery and the total cost of the order,
delivery included.
Each order will have a unique code, important for those who decide to pay with credit card.
This unique code will always be indicated in the e-mail which will also
include the data and instructions concerning the selected payment
method.
HOW TO BUY
The agreement is drawn up and carried out in Bologna, regardless from
where the commission/order is sent. When ordering specify the area
code, the number of the Vespa chassis/model and the reference code
of this catalogue. The goods will travel at customer/consignee’s
risk.
No complaints will be considered after eight days from the receipt
of the goods. Our warranty becomes void if spare parts, which we deem
defective due to production errors, are replaced. The return is effected
free delivery to our domicile and only after our approval.
We are not responsible for possible accidents or damages caused by
the use-employment of our products.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna.
ORDERS
The orders are received only and exclusively online. The customer
who places an order online will receive, at the end of the operation,
an order acknowledgment per email with the relative order number and
possible notes regarding the products out of stock.
PRICES
All the prices on the website, in the relative column, are to be considered
exclusive of VAT. The prices may change at any time, without prior
notice.

Payments in Italy are accepted by:
Bank transfer, Paypal, Postal order, Postepay card, Cash on delivery.
For foreign Costumers:
